Returns
We want you to LOVE your purchase but if you don't for any reason please see our policies regarding store credit or exchange.
Our return policy is store credit or exchange only, within 7 days from purchase date with no refunds. Due to order volume we can not cancel orders once they are placed. If 7 business days have gone by since you received the items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom or personalized goods such as monogrammed items, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are labeled as final sale items, including: wall art, and items indicated as on sale.

To complete your return, we require you to contact a sales representative by emailing orders@gmail.com with the following 3 things:
Your order number
The items you wish to return
The reason for the return
After reviewing your request you will be issued a return authorization number (RMA) that is to be written on the outside of the box/package you return the items in. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 days of receiving your RMA.
There are certain situations where a 15% restocking fee may be applied to your Store credit or exchange:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is not postmarked within 10 days after receiving the RMA
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your in store credit.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and automatically be applied to a store credit.
Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded and are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and cannot be repaired. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@gmail.com and request a return authorization number (RMA).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit..
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. RaineHills is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit
